Earlier, it was reported that almost a hundred houses were completely destroyed in eastern Tajikistan as a result of a series of powerful earthquakes that occurred on April 13. Specialists from the crisis management center of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the government of the republic said that a three-year-old child died as a result of the tremors in the Rasht district. More than 200 auxiliary buildings, including a school, medical centers and a teahouse, were also destroyed or damaged.
